This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans offered by Elmundi through elmundi.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
3.2 Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. After this 14-day period, except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
Once a subscription period begins (after payment & activation), you will have access to the content for the full billing period. Refunds requested within the 14-day window will be processed in full. No pro-rata refunds will be given for early termination after the 14-day period unless required by law.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period (i.e., you will retain access until the end of your paid period). After that, your subscription will not renew. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the period unless required by law.
3.4 Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional cases (for example, service outage exceeding [x] hours, billing errors, or unauthorized charge) we may, at our discretion, issue partial or full refunds or credits. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
